The inside of the base has a glass frit lining that makes cleanup easier while preserving the character of the clay baker. Made in Portugal for Ankarsrum by Reston Lloyd, the two-piece baker is microwave safe and oven safe to 500°F. It measures 11.75 inches long by 6.37 inches wide by 5.25 inches high with the lid in place, and hand washing is recommended.
