Potatoes for a casserole, vegetables for soup, or cheese for supper - there is plenty to prepare before cooking begins. Attach this vegetable cutter to your Ankarsrum Assistent Original (sold separately) and let the included drums help with slicing and grating. Choose the slicing drum for vegetables and fruit, or switch to a grating drum for a different texture.
The coarse drum handles ingredients such as root vegetables, nuts, chocolate, and cheese. The medium drum is useful for raw vegetables, fruit, cheese, and baking preparation, with grated ingredients going directly into your bowl. Having three choices in one attachment helps you put your mixer to work beyond mixing dough.
