Stacking heavy cookware saves cupboard space, but direct contact between rims and lids can be hard on finishes. Lodge Pot Protectors slip between stored pieces to cushion contact and leave a little breathing room between pans.
That spacing is useful for enameled cookware where you want to guard against chips, and for seasoned cast iron where airflow can help prevent moisture from becoming trapped in storage. The set includes six small protectors, making it easy to add a little protection without taking up more shelf space.
