Hardy Ferns are the most ornamental of foliage plants, and their near infinite diversity guarantees that every garden can make good use of them. Ferns require little care and will thrive in many locations that would discourage fussier plants. Most prefer slightly acidy, woodsy soil and partial to full shade. Regular moisture is also necessary, which mulch helps preserve. We ship 1 each of 5 varieties of Ferns (listed below) for semishady, moist, woodsy locations. Our Native Fern Sampler will provide a variety of lacy greens for your shade garden at a very reasonable price. Each labeled.
