Avoid back strain when breaking soil for bulbs with the traditional-style Spear & Jackson Mid-Length-Handle Bulb Planter. The stainless steel head is equipped with two broad treads, one on each side, creating a firm base for push power with either foot. The bladed cup is engraved with measurements up to 4" to help guide gardeners to the proper planting depth. The hardwood handle, which is long for a bulb planter, is topped with a wide, comfortable T-bar for a solid grip.
